eric_foreman: Eric Foreman from House - relaxing (relaxing)

Yeah, he deserved to be laughed at. Amber only made it worse, continuing the theme, and the more ridiculous it got, the less sexy it sounded. Talking in bed could be a huge turn-on, if it was in the moment, if it actually meant something. Like this, it was so stilted that it was just embarrassing. Foreman knew Amber was joking, but the crack about YouTube made him tense up, if only slightly. "No," he said. Although...he let out his breath, relaxing again. He'd thought about filming Amber, hadn't he? He had a feeling she'd play it up for a camera, if he said he wanted to have a video and she agreed. It wouldn't be the same if she tried to act, it wouldn't be honest. But if she just let go--if he could help her let go, and record her just the way she was, getting off with him, coming for him, and kept it for the times they might be apart, God. That would have him hard before he even put his hands down his shorts. "Not on the internet," he qualified, letting her hands stroking his back take up most of his attention.

Amber pulled him closer, leaning against him, and Foreman responded easily, his smile warming without a thought. She might have darted away from his kiss this morning as a joke, but he didn't think she would now, not when she was looking at him like she'd forgotten the world, too. He tilted his head, kissing her easily, lightly. The slightly waxy taste of her lipstick, and the familiar warmth of her perfume when he got close, were so many tiny impressions that built into the sensation of the kiss. Contentment welled up from somewhere deep in his chest, and Foreman let his eyes fall half-closed as he watched Amber's response. Deepening the kiss would go too far while they were in an exam room, so Foreman let it fade instead, although he didn't back away. You have me, he thought, but it was too much to say. "Then we should go."

He finally pulled away with a regretful breath. "Your boss says you can sign out early," he said. "I just need to get my coat." The clinic would be closing soon and an orderly would probably burst in on them at any moment to clean up the exam room and stock the supplies. Foreman was more than happy to go. He opened the door, fighting the quick instinct to let Amber go first. He went to the nurses' station with his expression smoothed into something a bit less besotted.
