Amber closed her eyes to better sense every turn of Eric’s hands over her. So, so good. And was it her imagination, or was she the one being teased? She’d have to spend the rest of the day replaying his caresses, imagining alternative endings to the scenario if she didn’t have to leave for work. Didn’t seem fair she had to go to the hospital and face another day of Russian Roulette with House holding the pistol when she could stay here, satisfying physical and emotional impulses.
